Aaron French

My path has moved between science and mysticism, contemplative practice and direct experience, the seen and the unseen. With more than 30 years of spiritual exploration, I bring together nondual inquiry, energy work, ancestral wisdom, and a deep interest in the nature of consciousness.

My practice has been shaped by Daoist mysticism, classical Kashmiri Tantra, Zen, and direct explorations of nondual awareness. Alongside these traditions, my work as a medium and Akashic reader has opened another dimension of inquiry into consciousness, identity, and the relationship between the personal and the transpersonal.

I hold a master's degree in Ecology and Conservation Biology from San Francisco State University and an MBA from UC Berkeley. My professional background in business, sustainability, and the natural sciences continues to inform my approach, grounding spiritual exploration in discernment, curiosity, and lived experience.

Through one-to-one mentorship, energy work, meditation, and sound, I support people in exploring the deeper dimensions of their experience. My interest is not simply in extraordinary spiritual states, but in what remains when our familiar identities and assumptions are seen through, and how that recognition finds expression in the ordinary texture of life.

My approach combines direct inquiry, contemplative practice, energetic sensitivity, and grounded conversation. Rather than asking people to adopt a particular belief system, I encourage them to investigate their experience directly: What is aware of this moment? What happens when our familiar sense of self is examined? What is already present before we try to change or improve anything?

Drawing from nondual traditions, energy work, and my experience as a medium, I work with people in a way that responds to their individual experience rather than imposing a fixed map. Depending on the person, this may involve inquiry into identity and awareness, meditation, exploring energetic experience, or working with the psychological and emotional material that surfaces along the way.

I am interested in the relationship between awakening and integration. Experiences of expanded consciousness can be profound, but the deeper work often involves meeting our patterns, relationships, bodies, and everyday lives with greater clarity. I see spiritual practice as an unfolding exploration rather than a project of becoming someone special.

My intention is to create a space for honest inquiry, deeper recognition, and the integration of insight into lived experience.
