If you have an account, we store your liked quotes, saved coaches, and saved events so you can access them later. This data is tied to your account and deleted if you delete your account.

Coach and event submissions

If you submit a coach profile or event listing, we collect the information you provide in the submission form. Approved listings are displayed publicly on the site.

Payment information

If you make a payment (such as a donation for a coach listing), your payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your credit card details. We receive only the information needed to confirm your payment and provide our service.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are essential for the site to function and cannot be disabled.

Anonymous analytics

We keep simple, anonymous usage statistics using our own system — which pages are visited, how long they're read, and which country visits come from. This uses no cookies and collects nothing that identifies you. Your browser's session storage briefly holds a random ID that disappears when you close the tab. On the quotes experience page, we also record anonymous session details like how many quotes were viewed and which ambient sound was playing. All of this stays in our own database and is never shared.

What we don't do

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI features

If you use any AI-powered features on our site (such as an AI coaching assistant), your conversations may be processed by our AI provider to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Specific data handling for AI features will be disclosed when those features are introduced.

How we protect your data

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS throughout the site. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it to operate the service.
