I have spent many formal weeks in silent meditation, and meditation is part of my daily spiritual practice. This sitting in silence, in quiet, in communion with what is here now is the foundation of my work and practice. I am also a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie.

I bring an intuitive flow of modalities, exactly tailored to what is arising within you. Sessions usually start with a meditation to bring us into a little more presence. I bring in inner child work, The Work of Byron Katie, the practice of feeding the demon, and body meditation. The heart can guide us so specifically on our path in ways that our minds do not have access to.
