I was a seeker from childhood and kept with daily meditation once taught it, for the past 27 years. I have as much to do with nature, animals, the outdoors and creative activities as everyday life allows. I travel, read and learn. Others have always remarked how non-attached I present as, and frankly, as a consequence, how non-judgemental and able to move human fixations (... I am).

My approach to coaching/mentoring is to reflect to the person engaged with me, my impression of their tendencies. I set out clearly the values implicit in non-attachment, and the discomforts that can be involved in being directed towards liberation. I enjoy humour and make many references to teachers, traditions, works, and to overlap with other disciplines such as physics and neurobiology.
