I am passionate about personal development and spiritual growth. As long as I can remember I have always been asking the deep questions about life and existence. I enjoy working with people and being a spiritual friend and support as they pursue their journey. I am passionate about consciousness studies and current research suggesting the world/universe is more of an "idea" rather than a "thing". I believe modern physics is starting to recognize that consciousness is more foundational to our existence than physical matter.

I use an inquiry method allowing the person to attend to their experience as they ask questions. I often provide pointers and allow the person to observe their thoughts and experience as they pursue their inquiries. I encourage a mindful awareness that a person can take with them into their day-to-day life.
