I have been teaching meditation practice for many years and providing spiritual guidance for those seekers who understand and appreciate that direct experience is primary as opposed to the secondary knowledge of ideas, beliefs and concepts. I speak and teach from my own direct knowledge and help others to experience that knowledge for themselves.

Meditation practice is to systematically go within and abide in silent awareness which is the source. I teach a simple effortless method of making that connection together with guidance to help you discover what it is to live in the natural state.
