Abiding as the self
Mooji · Advaita Vedanta
About 15 minutes
You are already that which you seek.
Notice: there is awareness here. Can you doubt that you are aware?
This awareness—is it personal? Does it have a name? An age? A history?
Look and see.
Thoughts arise in this awareness. But awareness itself does not think.
Feelings arise in this awareness. But awareness itself does not feel.
You have taken yourself to be a person who is aware. But look more closely:
Are you a person having awareness, or are you awareness in which the idea of a person appears?
Rest as that. Not as someone resting—but as rest itself.
The person is a visitor. You are the home.
