Resting as awareness

Rupert Spira · Non-duality
About 10 minutes

Take a moment to simply be aware that you are aware.

Not aware of anything in particular—just aware.

Notice that this awareness is not located in any particular place. It has no edges, no boundaries.

Now notice: are you looking at awareness, or are you awareness itself, looking?

Let go of any effort to be aware. Awareness is already present—it doesn't need your help.

Rest as that which you already are.

Notice how thoughts and feelings appear and disappear in this awareness, like clouds passing through an empty sky. The sky is not disturbed by the clouds.

You are the sky, not the clouds.
