I have found that people with a strong intellect find this [work] most difficult, because the intellect has been trusted as the coping mechanism, the primary assistant in life. They think they can solve all problems with this intellect. It becomes a barrier. People with higher IQ find this [work] most difficult, because the very thing that is their greatest tool is the greatest obstacle. So if you can observe and recognize when intellect is trying to grasp it, you can put it back at its right place, in his toolbox. Intellect is not needed, it's obsolete for this work. If you can see that intellect is just a tool, that can be picked up and dropped, then you're not a slave of it anymore.
